Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and detail oriented Architect to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations and detailed drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray or 3ds Max.
- Coordinate with clients, structural consultants, site engineers and project teams.
- Visit project sites and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, material specifications and presentation drawings.
- Support clients with design and architectural decisions.
- Coordinate with the execution team to resolve design and site related issues.
- Ensure drawings meet project requirements, quality standards and applicable regulations.
Requirements
- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural design software.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray or 3ds Max will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction and working drawings.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
