- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning for commercial office and residential projects.
- Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, GFCs, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Review material selections, finishes, and design details.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare BOQs and coordinate with estimation and procurement teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is an added advantage).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. * Experience in commercial office interiors and residential projects is mandatory. * Robust design, detailing, and coordination skills.
