An in-house legal team ensures property-related compliance, contracts, permits, and regulatory obligations are handled efficiently. The company further expands its service offering through XLNC Cars, providing well-maintained vehicles for short and long-term rentals in the region.

Role Description The Architect Team Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding architectural design and project delivery across XLNC Exotic’s real estate and related initiatives. This role oversees the planning, design, and documentation of renovation and development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, building codes, and quality standards.

Lead manages and mentors a multidisciplinary team, coordinates project timelines and resources, and collaborates closely with stakeholders in construction, property operations, and legal compliance. Day-to-day activities include reviewing design proposals and BIM models,



defining technical standards, resolving design issues, and ensuring consistent execution of architectural best practices. The role also involves partnering with software and operations teams to refine processes, improve project workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional project teams.
- Professional architecture expertise, including building design, construction documentation, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows to support design coordination and project visualization.
- Background in software development or technical systems integration, enabling collaboration with technology and operations teams.
- Proven project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Experience in residential renovation, real estate development, or hospitality-related projects is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
