We handle projects from concept planning and 3D visualization to detailed drawings, execution, and site coordination, creating spaces that are modern, functional, aesthetic, and tailored to each client's requirements and budget.

We are looking for a creative and responsible Architect to join our team at our Ludhiana studio.

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed architectural drawings.
- Create and develop 3D models and design presentations.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and other project consultants.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Attend client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate client feedback.
- Assist in material selection, design development, and project documentation.
- Conduct and coordinate site visits and monitor execution to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate project timelines, drawings, revisions, and site requirements.
- Ensure designs are practical, technically sound,



and aligned with applicable building regulations and construction practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in architecture/interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
- Knowledge of 3D visualization/rendering software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, and execution.
- Ability to read and understand structural and service drawings.
- Good design sense with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in office and coordinate with project teams.

- Additional Requirement

- Candidate must have their own laptop suitable for running architectural and design software.
- Candidate should be comfortable working in a full-time, on-site environment in Ludhiana.
