Position: Architect Intern

Location: Bangalore

ACME Designers is looking for a motivated and creative Architect Intern to join our design team. The intern will work alongside experienced architects and designers on a variety of architectural and interior design projects, gaining practical experience in design development, drafting, documentation, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist architects with concept development, design presentations, and project documentation.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Develop 2D and 3D models using architectural software.
- Assist with material selection, mood boards, and presentation drawings.
- Participate in site visits and assist with site measurements and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project teams.
- Conduct basic research on materials, building standards, and design solutions.
- Support the team in preparing client presentations and project proposals.

Requirements





- Currently pursuing a B.Arch or equivalent architecture degree.
- Basic knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and design principles.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio of academic or personal design projects is preferred.
