Job Summary

This role is for an Architect with strong experience in modern web technologies including React Js jQuery JavaScript ES5 ES6 Tealium and Adobe Analytics. The architect will design scalable digital solutions define front end standards and guide implementation for hybrid work model teams while ensuring high performance security and data driven customer experiences.

Responsibilities

- Design scalable web application architectures that leverage React Js jQuery and JavaScript ES5 ES6 to deliver resilient and maintainable digital experiences for global stakeholders

- Define front end patterns and reusable components that improve developer efficiency and ensure consistent user interfaces across multiple products and platforms

- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate customer and business requirements into detailed technical designs that can be implemented by engineering teams

- Oversee integration of Tealium and Adobe Analytics into web applications to enable reliable data capture tag management and actionable insights for experience optimization

- Coordinate with back end and infrastructure teams to design robust interfaces data flows and security controls that support responsive and secure client facing applications

- Provide technical guidance to engineers on topics such as state management performance optimization accessibility and testing strategies for React based solutions

- Review code and solution designs to ensure alignment with architectural standards performance benchmarks and analytics implementation best practices

- Optimize front end performance by analyzing bundle sizes rendering patterns and client side data handling to improve page load times and user engagement





- Document architecture decisions integration patterns and implementation guidelines so that distributed teams can deliver consistent and high quality solutions

- Evaluate emerging tools and frameworks in the JavaScript ecosystem and recommend pragmatic adoption paths that bring measurable value to the organization and customers

- Partner with analytics teams to validate data layer designs event tracking strategies and reporting accuracy using Tealium and Adobe Analytics in complex journeys

- Support secure development practices by defining guidelines for input validation session handling and protection of customer data in browser based applications

- Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to plan releases mitigate technical risk and ensure that digital solutions align with company objectives and societal impact goals

Qualifications

- Require a minimum of eight years of hands on experience in front end engineering with significant time spent designing or architecting React Js based applications for enterprise contexts

- Require robust practical proficiency in JavaScript ES5 ES6 and jQuery including deep understanding of asynchronous programming patterns modular design and browser behavior nuances





- Require proven experience implementing Tealium based tag management and configuring robust data layers that support analytics marketing and experimentation capabilities

- Require solid expertise with Adobe Analytics including configuration of events props eVars and validation of data quality in complex multi page and single page applications

- Require demonstrated experience in designing component libraries shared utilities and coding standards that can be adopted by multiple delivery teams working in hybrid environments

- Require experience collaborating with cross functional teams to gather requirements align technical designs with business outcomes and deliver traceable value through digital products

- Nice to have experience integrating React applications with cloud services modern build pipelines and automated testing frameworks for continuous delivery and quality assurance

- Nice to have exposure to customer experience optimization practices such as A B testing personalization strategies and data driven experimentation using analytics insights

- Nice to have familiarity with secure coding practices privacy regulations and governance processes that influence how customer data is collected and processed in web experiences

- Nice to have background in mentoring engineers conducting technical knowledge sharing sessions and contributing to communities of practice focused on front end excellence
