Role Description This is a full time, on-site Architect role based in Udupi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily tasks include working with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, refining design solutions, and ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and building codes.

The role involves collaborating with consultants and contractors, reviewing construction drawings,



and supporting site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The Architect will also contribute to project planning, timelines, and resource coordination to deliver projects efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, sustainable spaces.
- Experience with Integration and Software Development as they apply to design tools, BIM workflows, or coordination of digital project systems.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking project progress.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools) and familiarity with green building standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices, with an interest in sustainable and energy-efficient design.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Udupi and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
