- Ability to handle high-volume claims
- Solid communication and analytical skillsRoles and Responsibilities :
- Review and follow up on pending medical claims with insurance companies
- Handle denials, resolve issues, and resubmit claims as required
- Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with US healthcare guidelines
- Work closely with the billing team to reduce AR days
- Maintain documentation and update claim status in the system
- Communicate effectively with clients/payers for claim resolutions
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targetsLocation :
