Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Data Interpretation
- Verbal Ability
- Analytical Reasoning
- Prepare students for campus recruitment drives of leading IT, Core Engineering, Consulting, Banking, and Product-based companies.
- Develop structured training plans aligned with placement calendars.
- Create aptitude question banks, worksheets, assignments, mock tests, and practice materials.
- Conduct assessment tests and analyze student performance using data-driven insights.
- Identify students requiring additional support and provide focused mentoring.
- Deliver interview preparation sessions covering aptitude-based screening rounds.
- Keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends, aptitude patterns, and competitive examination formats.
- Collaborate with the Training & Placement Cell, department faculty, and industry experts to improve student employability.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and progress dashboards.
- Support placement-related initiatives, workshops, boot camps, and employability enhancement programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management, or a related discipline.
- Certification in Aptitude Training, Soft Skills, or Employability Training is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in aptitude training within engineering colleges, universities, training institutes, or corporate learning environments.
- Proven experience in preparing students for campus recruitment of reputed organizations.
- Experience with placement training in autonomous institutions or universities will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Excellent verbal ability and English communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse student groups.
- Solid presentation, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online learning platforms.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive study materials and assessment reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent academic background.
- Track record of improving campus placement success rates.
- Experience handling large student batches across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes of leading MNCs and product-based companies.
