Role Description The Appointment Setter role at Klient Boost is a remote, contract position responsible for initiating and maintaining contact with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, sending emails or messages to prospects, introducing Klient Boost’s digital marketing services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role involves qualifying leads, confirming appointment details, updating scheduling systems, and ensuring a smooth handoff to account executives.

Setter will also maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools and follow up with prospects to maximize meeting attendance and conversion opportunities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, including managing calendars and coordinating meeting times.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, such as identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects through outbound outreach.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent spoken and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, respond to inquiries, and handle objections professionally.
- Experience using CRM or scheduling software, along with basic computer and documentation skills, is beneficial.
- Previous experience in sales support, telemarketing, or appointment setting in a digital marketing or agency environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
