Summary

As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, coordinating efforts across teams to meet project goals.

Your role involves overseeing progress, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D; Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to transportation management systems.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
