Position: Application Engineer

Grade: L1

Location: Chennai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Territory Sales Manager

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical

Key Responsibilities

- Drive ambitious sales growth and business development in assigned focus markets.
- Develop a strong understanding of adhesive product technologies and applications.
- Handle pre-sales activities and provide technical consultation to customers.
- Understand technical specifications, operational limitations, and engineering principles of products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Develop robust relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at large manufacturing companies.




- Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline to support business growth.
- Meet prospective clients regularly, understand their requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide ongoing customer support.
- Submit sales reports on time and adhere to deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams including the Reporting Manager, Purchase Manager, Accounts Team, and Management Team.
- Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
