Our operations team drives workforce strategy, compliance, and efficiency across high-volume manufacturing units in India. We’re seeking a sharp, process-driven HR Operations Specialist to anchor people systems, ensure legal adherence, and enable seamless plant-level HR execution. Role &
- Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple textile/apparel units including payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management using ERP systems.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus Act, etc.) and conduct regular audits to mitigate legal risk.

- Coordinate with plant managers to execute employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and internal mobility programs.

- Administer statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and liaise with external agencies and auditors for smooth compliance.

- Maintain and update HR records, employee databases,



and generate MIS reports for workforce analytics and decision support.

- Support HRBP initiatives on policy implementation, grievance resolution, and employee engagement activities at unit level.
