About the role:

- Verify customer orders and product specifications before inspection
- Conduct 100% garment inspection after sewing
- Check POM / measurements as per approved specifications
- Inspect construction, workmanship and sewing quality
- Verify style, design details and overall garment appearance
- Check fabric, trims, labels and accessories
- Verify personalization / embroidery / special customer requirements, wherever applicable
- Check symmetry, alignment, balance and overall appearance
- Identify and classify defects and decide PASS / REWORK / HOLD / REJECT
- Conduct re-inspection of corrected/reworked garments
- Maintain order-wise QC and inspection records
- Identify recurring defects and provide feedback to the production/tailoring team
- Ensure the right garment is made to the right customer specification before release to finishing/packing
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring quality issues
