Qentelli is seeking an experienced Angular Lead Developer with extensive expertise in Angular development, NgRX, RxJS, and Angular Material to lead and contribute to the design and development of robust web applications. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in front-end development with a strong foundation in Angular, as well as a deep understanding of state management, asynchronous programming, and UI component libraries.

As an Angular Lead Developer, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence in Angular-based applications, ensuring high-quality code standards, and mentoring a team of developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable and maintainable web solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship:

Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, developing, and maintaining Angular-based web applications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technical Design & Development:

Architect and design high-performance and scalable Angular applications using Angular, NgRX, RxJS, and Angular Material.

Implement state management strategies using NgRX to ensure efficient handling of application state.

Develop and maintain reusable components with Angular Material to provide a consistent and responsive UI.

Use RxJS for reactive programming to handle asynchronous operations and data streams.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and back-end developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements,



ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:

Analyze and optimize application performance for faster load times and smoother user experiences.

Identify and resolve issues related to the user interface and application state.

Continuously improve development processes and methodologies for higher efficiency.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.

Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and proactive identification of potential risks.

Integrate testing frameworks and assist in automated testing to achieve continuous integration.

Mandatory Skills

Angular Framework: Strong hands-on experience in building complex, scalable web applications using Angular (version 2+).

NgRX: Proficiency in using NgRX for state management in large-scale applications, including actions, reducers, selectors, and effects.

RxJS: Expertise in RxJS for handling asynchronous operations, managing data streams, and implementing reactive programming principles.

Angular Material: Experience with Angular Material for building modern, responsive, and accessible UI components.

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript: Solid understanding of core web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, including decorators, interfaces,



and types.

RESTful APIs: Experience working with RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Version Control: Experience with Git for source control, branching, merging, and version management.

Desired Skills

Experience with Unit Testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI for continuous integration.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Knowledge of modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms for deploying front-end applications.

Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelors/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years focused on Angular.

Proven track record of leading development teams and delivering large-scale web applications.
