Job Summary

Graduate Trainee

Responsibilities

- Resolve Tier 1 queries and transactions related to core HR processes
- Maintaining data pertaining to employee life cycle such as Promotion, Transfer, Contract extension, Title change, Probation & other job change transactions in HR Systems
- Managing Employee On boarding formalities
- Maintaining Exit formalities
- Manage Letter creation activities related to Promotion, Transfer, Termination, Employee Type changes etc.
- Managing Learning and Development cases
- Managing employee benefits/leaves and Payroll transactions/cases
- Managing HR System semi-functional challenges and act as a bridge between Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical teams
- Share HR policies, procedures and other relevant documentation with employees to resolve their query/question
- Managing & Coordinating queries via Case management tool and emails
- Assist with data correction or escalate to HR Specialist, specifically for issues that cannot be resolved through self-service
- Adhere to and demonstrate proficiency in agreed KPIs, KRAs, SLAs and customer service standards




- Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures

- Understanding of HR management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Mail)
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management preferred
