Description This role is responsible for preparing financial reporting including compliance with RBI circular and accounting standard

Responsibilities

- Preparation for I-GAAP reporting.
- Variance analysis of the financial statement on monthly basis.
- Monthly presentation for CFO.
- Review of internal control over the financial presentation and finance department.




- Ensure that compliance with accounting standard as per I-GAAP standard.
- Risk and control monitoring for the finance function and ORMD.
- Putting up various notes to Audit Committees and Board for Approval/Noting.
- Preparation and review of board policy.

Qualifications

Qualifications: CA Experience: 2 to 5 years
