Job Purpose Job requires to handle credit monitoring reports and governance activities for Large Corporates and ensuring adherence to credit, regulatory, legal and product guideline. Role involves extensive knowledge of regulatory and control framework around credit eco-system and co-ordination with stakeholders like Compliance, Risk, Product and IT.

Primary Responsibilities

- To develop an in-depth understanding of the Risks &
- Controls throughout the Credit Administration department and to assist in the identification and/or development of controls to mitigate gaps
- Engage cross-functionally with control leads within Risk, compliance, legal and attend Control Lead meetings as required; disseminate the guidelines to the regional team as feel necessary
- Participate in special projects, as assigned and actively pursue these for achieving the desired results.
- Maintain awareness of significant changes impacting the business, particularly from an CAD perspective
- Ensure adequate quality control over CAD work activities and deliverables by conducting adequate testing over the critical area.




- Report/summarize quality test results for management and further analyzing these results for improving control environment.
- Ensure that process maps and associated Risk &
- Control Matrix are maintained in an evergreen state, as assigned
- Co-ordinating with concurrent/internal audit, compliance/OR testing team for satisfactory closure of the report and using the reports for identifying the gap in control workplace and mitigate the same.

Reporting
- Attending the data requirement from regulator and providing the relevant and accurate data on timely basis
- Co-ordinating with stakeholders like compliance, finance, risk, PAU for CAD related data requirements and provide the same on timely basis
- Actively engaging with IT/Data Analytics team for exploring the automation opportunity and make it seamless and without any manual intervention.
- Exchanging the information with applicable lenders as mentioned in the CAM of the relevant borrower in line with RBI regulation
- Maintain the data relating to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for CAD team and sharing the same with management on timely manner.

Educational Qualification B COM or M com Experience: 0 to 2 years in Banking
