Experience: 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in Amazon Connect testing

Job Summary The Amazon Connect QA Engineer is responsible for validating Amazon Connect contact center solutions, IVR applications, CTI integrations, AWS services, APIs, chat workflows, and reporting capabilities. The role ensures delivery of high-quality customer experience solutions through functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Amazon Connect solutions.
- Validate IVR call flows, routing profiles, queues, contact flows, prompts, chatbots, and agent experiences.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and UAT testing.
- Test integrations between Amazon Connect and CRM platforms such as Salesforce,



ServiceNow, or custom applications.
- Validate AWS components including Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, SNS, and CloudWatch.
- Create test data, test scenarios, and traceability matrices.
- Identify, track, and report defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Support business users during SIT and UAT phases.
- Validate reporting, dashboards, call recordings, transcripts, and contact center analytics.
- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and performance requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
