⚡ Role: Amazon Connect IVR Developer

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect IVR Developer to design, develop, configure, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop IVR & call flow solutions using Amazon Connect
- Configure contact flows, queues, routing profiles, prompts & agent experiences
- Develop integrations with AWS Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3 & API Gateway
- Build conversational IVR solutions using Amazon Lex & NLU
- Implement customer authentication, self-service & workflow automation
- Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce, ServiceNow and enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot IVR issues and optimize call flows
- Develop reusable components and deployment pipelines
- Support production releases, incident resolution & platform enhancements
- Collaborate with BA,
