AM/TL - Fund Payment Operations

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Team Lead to oversee fund payment operations in Bangalore. The role involves managing wire payments, fund transfers, SWIFT transactions, and conducting payment investigations to ensure accuracy and compliance. The successful candidate will lead a team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and maintain high standards of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily fund payment operations, including wire payments, fund transfers, and SWIFT transactions.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and escalations in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of payment specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.




- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Treasury, Risk, and Compliance to streamline processes.
- Prepare and present operational reports and key metrics to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
- 5 to 18 years of experience in fund payment operations or related banking functions.
- Proficient in wire payments, fund transfers, SWIFT payments, and payment investigation.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Indian banking sector.
