Role Description

- Identify current business opportunities through market research, market identification, product identification, and public relations efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products or services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Key Client Management
- Business & Growth strategy advice by monitoring accounting software ( knowledge of Tally added advantage, if not training will be provided)
- Assistance in Invoicing incase of overload
- Business Development

The Alliances & Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role also involves preparing business plans, forecasting alliance outcomes, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Strategic Alliances and Business Alliances, including identifying opportunities and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Experience in Strategic Partnerships and Business Planning to design and execute partnership roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, and to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Background in B2B relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably in scientific, laboratory, healthcare-related products or new technology
- Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Marketing, Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and partner performance, and to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Mumbai, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices and inclusive, collaborative teamwork.
