Position: Airport Ground Staff

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and providing them with a pleasant and hassle-free experience at the airport.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas.
- Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information.
- Check and tag passengers' baggage and ensure it is loaded onto the correct flight.
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities.
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and timely departure of flights.




- Conduct security checks on passengers and their baggage as per airport regulations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage, upgrades, and other services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-in counters and boarding gates.

Requirements

- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.
