Role Description The AI Video Editor at Veellon is a full time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role involves editing video content using both traditional tools and AI-powered software to enhance storytelling, pacing, and overall quality. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying transitions, effects, and motion graphics, performing color correction and grading, and optimizing video formats for various platforms.

The AI Video Editor will collaborate closely with producers, directors, and graphic designers to interpret creative briefs,



maintain brand consistency, and meet production timelines. The role also includes organizing media assets, implementing feedback from stakeholders, and staying current with evolving AI and video editing technologies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including working with multiple formats and timelines.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to achieve consistent visual tone and style.
- Experience in Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating and integrating animated elements and visual assets.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted video tools and modern post-production workflows.
- Ability to collaborate in a studio environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects.
- Attention to detail, creativity in visual storytelling, and openness to feedback and iteration.
- Relevant coursework or degree in Film, Media, Animation, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
- Prior experience in content or media production, especially for digital platforms and social media, is a plus.
