Role Description

The AI Video Editor is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for creating, editing, and enhancing video content using both traditional tools and AI-powered solutions. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, applying video editing techniques, refining color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to produce engaging content for digital platforms. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand project requirements, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality videos within set timelines.





The AI Video Editor will also experiment with and implement AI tools for automation, content optimization, and visual enhancements to improve efficiency and output quality. Maintaining organized project files, adhering to quality standards, and continuously updating skills with emerging video and AI technologies are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including planning, storyboarding, and managing the end-to-end video creation process.
- Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software and workflows.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics across all video content.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create dynamic visual elements, titles, overlays, and animations.
- Experience using AI-based video tools (e.g., for automation, enhancement, or content generation) is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs and feedback effectively.
- Relevant education or certification in film, media, design, animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
