About AI LABS BY TAIVAS

AI LABS BY TAIVAS is building India's most hands-on AI learning program for younger generation. We're not doing boring theory-first classes. Our curriculum is project-based, practical, and designed to get kids actually building with AI, not just reading about it. We're early-stage, moving fast, and looking for trainers who want to shape what AI education looks like for the next generation.

Role: AI Trainer

You'll be the face of Taivas in the classroom (physical or virtual), delivering our Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced AI tracks to students. This isn't just "teaching a syllabus" — you'll actively help build the curriculum itself, refine lesson plans, and adapt content on the fly based on how kids are actually grasping it.

What you'll do

- Deliver structured AI/ML sessions across Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tracks
- Build and design curriculum — lesson plans, projects, and activities across all three tracks, not just deliver someone else's material
- Break down complex AI concepts (prompt engineering, ML basics, Generative AI fundamentals, ethics) into age-appropriate, engaging lessons
- Run hands-on projects and activities, not just lectures
- Give feedback on curriculum — flag what's working and what's not landing with students
- Track student progress and share input on course improvements
- Deliver specific sessions/workshops on a project basis with lighter curriculum involvement

Who we're looking for

- Strong hands-on knowledge of AI/ML — you don't need a PhD, but you need to have actually built things (projects, models, prompts, tools)




- Working knowledge of Generative AI — basics of how LLMs work, prompt engineering, and hands-on use of tools like ChatGPT/Claude/etc. You don't need to be a GenAI researcher, but you should be comfortable enough to teach it, not just use it casually
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts simply — bonus if you've taught, mentored, or done any kind of public speaking/content creation
- Experience with kids or teens is a huge plus, but not mandatory if you can demonstrate strong communication skills
- Curriculum design experience or solid instinct for structuring how a concept should be taught — this role isn't just execution, it's ownership
- Self-starter energy — we're early-stage, so you'll have room to shape how things run, not just follow a script
- Reliable and organized — this is a commitment to real students, not a one-off gig you can flake on

Formats available

- Full-time: Based in Delhi NCR or remote, deep involvement in curriculum design + delivery + strategy
- Part time: Fixed weekly hours, mix of delivery and curriculum input
- Freelance/Contract: Session-based or short workshop engagements, paid per session/hour, lighter curriculum ask
