Role description:

- Senior hands-on architect who leads discovery, solution design, prioritization, and day-to-day coordination across an AI and automation delivery pod.

Core responsibilities:

- Translate business needs into secure, scalable solution designs
- Assess initiatives for effort, feasibility, risk, and reuse
- Direct engineering work and identify required specialist skills
- Lead daily coordination, stakeholder reviews, and solution demonstrations

Must-have skills:

- Enterprise AI/automation solution architecture
- LLM applications, agents, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio and Power Platform
- Robust stakeholder communication and delivery leadership
- Reliable morning overlap with Eastern Time

Nice-to-have skills:

- Claude/Anthropic and MCP experience
- Power BI or UiPath knowledge
- AI security and governance experience
- Manufacturing or industrial-sector experience
