Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI & Robotics Trainer role located in Haryana and Rajasthan. The trainer will deliver training programs on robots, robotic systems, and AI-driven automation concepts for students. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and demonstrations, conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, guiding learners through equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.

The role also involves assessing participant performance, providing feedback, updating training content to reflect new technologies and safety standards,



and collaborating with internal teams or clients to align training with operational needs. The trainer is expected to maintain training equipment, follow safety and compliance guidelines, and support continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in industrial Robotics and handling different types of Robot systems.
- Hands-on experience with Robotic processes and related safety and quality requirements.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting robotic equipment and executing Preventive Maintenance routines.
- Ability to develop explicit training materials and explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
- Relevant technical degree in AI, mechatronics, robotics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a technical or industrial environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse learner groups.
- Commitment to on-site work in Haryana and Rajasthan with adherence to workplace safety and equipment handling standards.
