Role Description The AI Product Engineer – AgriSoul AI & WaterShield AI is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Nashik. This role involves designing, building, and refining AI-driven product features for agriculture and water-management platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into robust technical solutions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating on product design, conducting research and development, analyzing data and performance metrics,



and iterating on product components to improve usability, accuracy, and scalability.

The AI Product Engineer will participate in requirement gathering, prototype development, testing, and documentation, ensuring that AgriSoul AI and WaterShield AI deliver measurable value to users. The role also requires effective communication with stakeholders to align technical decisions with product strategy and market requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and performance evaluation.
- Experience in product engineering and product design, preferably for AI-driven or data-intensive platforms.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Background in research and development (R&D;), with the ability to explore, prototype, and validate new product features.
- Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems; experience with relevant tools and frameworks is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience in agriculture technology, environmental systems, or water-resource management is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune District and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused workplace.
