Microsoft 365 Platform and AI Expert The Office 365 AI Expert is responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing AI-driven solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem in our AI Factory workplace. This role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient AI enablement in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Microsoft Entra ID / Microsoft 365: Manage App Registrations, API permissions, and Admin Consents.

Provide Managed

Identities. Support permissions in SharePoint, Teams, Exchange. Maintain M365 AI policies including Semantic Index and Copilot.

- Azure Platform: Provision Azure resources for AI. Manage RBAC.

Maintain Key

Vault. Support infrastructure-as-code deployments. Configure monitoring.

- AI Integration and App Publishing: Publish Teams Apps and bots.

Approve

Outlook/SharePoint integrations. Ensure policy compliance for AI agents.

- Security, Governance and Data Protection: Implement and manage Microsoft Purview. Maintain DLP policies. Manage sensitive information through labelling. Support audits. Review policies impacting AI, Governance and Data Protection.





- Tenant-wide AI implementation: Review global requirements and restrictions. Analyze technical impact. Work on AI implementation.

- Copilot Administration: Assign and manage Copilot licenses.

Manage

Copilot policies.

Maintain Semantic

Index. Troubleshoot access issues. Create usage reports.

Profile Requirements

- Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent vocational training with significant professional experience. M365 administration, AI experience, API integration knowledge, Microsoft certification and automation skills are a plus.

- Experience: Several years of experience engineering Microsoft 365 environments within an international enterprise or a complex mid-market organization.

Technical Know-how:

- Tenant fundamentals: Familiarity with managing the Office 365 infrastructure.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Purview and Copilot.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for environment-wide automation.
