AI Operations Fellow

Paid, full-time development programme | Bengaluru founding cohort

Too many graduates spend their early careers waiting to be trusted with real judgment.

This Program is built differently.

We are building a founding Bengaluru cohort of fifteen Fellows across five tracks, three to each. You will learn on paid time, receive a Company-issued Apple MacBook and approved AI tools, and take on work that matters.

Congestion is not merely an inconvenience. It steals time from families, drains productivity and makes roads less safe. Across India those losses run to millions of human hours. Your work gives people back what, once lost, can never be replaced.

Key Facts

- Training: Fully paid on working time. No fee, no bond, no unpaid pre-joining training. MacBook and approved AI subscriptions provided.
- Compensation: Bachelor's INR 6,00,000 CTC; Master's/Postgraduate INR 7,20,000; exceptional or advanced technical candidates up to INR 9,00,000, reviewed at twelve months.
- Equity: Planned share-option grant for every Fellow, subject to plan documents, corporate approval, applicable law and the offer letter.
- Eligibility: Recent Bachelor's and Master's/Postgraduate graduates, every discipline. No prior AI experience required.
- Employment: Full time employee of Miracle Traffic Ai India Pvt. Ltd ( Brookefield, Bengaluru) from day one, six-month probation.
- Schedule: 44 actual working hours weekly: eight hours Monday to Friday plus a four-hour paid Saturday Lab, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. One Saturday a month may be remote, subjected to requirements.
- Reporting: Coordination by Arnabi Ghosh; functional supervision by the assigned track leader.

Your training is paid, not purchased. About MTSAi and the Program

Miracle Traffic AI is an early-stage mobility technology company, incorporated in India, Hungary, Canada and the United States, building Reward-Based Congestion Pricing and AI-enabled systems for cities. We combine public policy, applied AI, engineering and citizen incentives to cut congestion fairly.

This is not a passive internship or a conventional entry-level intake. Fellows become full-time employees in a cohort that learns together on real work, supplying the judgment, verification and accountability responsible AI work requires.

Every Fellow is intended to receive a share-option grant under the Global Equity Incentive Plan, founding-cohort grants larger than later ones. Options are speculative and may never have realisable value; vesting, tax and forfeiture terms are explained before acceptance.

Paid Training and the Saturday Lab

Training forms part of working time. MTSAi provides the approved software, subscriptions and secure accounts; the curriculum evolves as tools change, and only approved accounts and data-handling practices may be used. For four to six weeks Fellows spend 1.5 to 2 hours daily learning and 6 to 6.5 working.

- AI assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Kimi K3 and Hermes, for research, drafting, analysis and model comparison.
- Evidence and platforms: Google Search, Perplexity, NotebookLM, OpenClaw, Zoho One and Google Workspace, for fact-checking, citation, CRM and knowledge work.
- Applied AI: prompt design, hallucination detection, output verification, model selection, quality assurance, privacy and cybersecurity.
- Business and mobility: RBCP, city operations, digital incentives and tokenomics, with writing,

presentations and disciplined follow-up.

The Saturday morning is protected and fully paid, reserved for learning, mentoring, innovation and cohort collaboration, not routine production. A quarterly curriculum covers AI Academy training, innovation labs, demonstrations, guest experts and career development, with refreshments and a transport allowance. The Five Tracks and Your Work

Fellows are assigned by MTSAi's needs, demonstrated strengths and, where practical, their interests, and may rotate later.

1. AI Operations, Data and Automation: Zoho, CRM, workflow design, knowledge systems, agent monitoring.
2. Technical, Product and Quality Assurance: product testing, technical research, documentation, data work, MVP support.
3. Mobility, City and Policy Intelligence: city research, stakeholder information, congestion analysis, government-support materials.
4. Research, Content and Communications: verified research, website and presentation content, public explanations.
5. Partnerships, Proposals and Programme Support: partner research, grants, proposals, meeting preparation, follow-through.

In every track you will research unfamiliar subjects and keep traceable sources; verify facts, calculations and claims before submission; review AI output for unsupported conclusions and errors; maintain CRM records, knowledge bases and trackers; and escalate risks early. Who We Are Looking For

- We select for reasoning, character, communication, curiosity and the ability to learn, not for a degree, a university name or previous AI experience.
- Every discipline is welcome: Humanities and Social Sciences, Economics, Transport Economist, and Management, Public Policy and Law, Communications and Design, Mathematics, Urban Planning, Engineering.
- Humanities, Social Sciences graduates and candidate having knowledge or experience in transportation management, public affairs and government policies are specifically encouraged to apply.
- MTSAi needs people who understand language, history, ethics, institutions and human behaviour, abilities essential to technology that citizens can trust.
- Academic ability alone is not enough. We look for integrity, using genuine sources and never passing unverified AI output off as finished work; diligence with deadlines; responsibility for your assignments and early escalation of problems; accountability in correcting your work; and humility.

Where This Leads Fellows do not remain in static junior-support positions. You begin with assigned work and close supervision, and take on more as you demonstrate accuracy, judgment and initiative. Early success means completing the training and owning a deliverable.

- Six months: probation and capability review. Confirmation depends on satisfactory performance and the applicable employment terms.
- Twelve months: a second review. High performers may advance to Associate level, owning a workstream, and become eligible for compensation and equity review.
- Beyond: coordinating projects, improving AI-assisted processes, mentoring future cohorts and contributing to city,

product and policy initiatives.

Responsible AI and Approval Boundaries AI assists the work; the Fellow owns the thinking, the verification and the final submission.

Fellows must understand and defend everything they submit. They support assigned research, drafting, testing and analysis, but may not independently represent MTSAi to governments, define strategy, publish claims, or make architecture, cybersecurity, legal or privacy decisions.

Direct Access to International Leadership

Fellows meet senior leaders from all four countries at Saturday gatherings: Márton Ugrósdy (President and COO), Anna Hornyik (VP Government Relations), Krisztián Kecskés (Hungarian AI Fellows programme), Gabor Pastor, Marcell Memesrevi, Tibor Deak (patents and IP) and Laszlo Bacsa (universities). These are working sessions, not ceremonies.

In Bengaluru, Arnabi Ghosh coordinates onboarding, with functional leads Rafeeq Ebrahim (CTO), Vivek Vaidyanathan (Government Relations).

Founder and CEO Steven Simonyi-Gindele holds vision and financial oversight.

Selection and How to Apply

- Objective screening for communication, reasoning, character, office availability and role fit.
- A short initial interview with the relevant MTSAi leaders.
- Candidates must identify the AI tools and sources used and be ready to defend their conclusions.
- A final interview, reference and background checks, and formal offer documentation.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until all fifteen places are filled, and everyone who completes an interview or assessment receives a decision. Send your CV to [email protected] , subject line “Application - AI Operation Fellow - [Your Name]”, answering the following questions in 200 words or fewer.

1. Describe a time you were confidently wrong. How did you find out, and what did you do about it?
2. Ask any AI tool: “What did Bengaluru's congestion cost the city last year?” Send its answer, identify what appears wrong or unverifiable, and explain how you would check it.

You may use AI for these answers; if you do, identify the tools and what you changed. Transparent AI use is welcome, and failing to disclose it counts against you. A Note from the Founder

When I founded my first company more than fifty years ago, I did not have the knowledge I needed. Someone saw potential in me, trusted me with work plainly bigger than I was ready for, and expected me to rise to it. Trust and accountability belong together.

We are not searching only for graduates who already know the right answers, but for people of character, from every discipline, and willing to learn and attempt work they have never done before. We will train you, equip you and pay you while you learn. We are also more than another tolling company: conventional providers leave governments to win public acceptance, while we stay involved with public education.

We want safer roads and millions of hours recovered across India, and even at the start of your career your judgment could shape systems used by entire cities. In return I ask for honesty about what you do not know, diligence in checking your work, humility and accountability for your name.
