Duration: Initial Work Order through December 2026, with 6-month renewals starting in 2027

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI & Intelligent Automation Business Analyst / Process Consultant with 8+ years of experience in business analysis, process automation, RPA, and/or intelligent automation.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify process improvement and automation opportunities using RPA, Generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead process discovery interviews and stakeholder workshops.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for RPA, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.
- Design future-state workflows and recommend suitable automation approaches.
- Create process maps, workflow diagrams, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and automation documentation.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate automation opportunities based on business value, feasibility, complexity, risks, and expected advantages.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, automation developers, architects, and delivery teams.
- Support solution design, testing, UAT, validation, deployment, and business sign-off.
- Prepare business cases,



presentations, status updates, and automation opportunity assessments.
- Help prioritize automation opportunities and maintain an automation project pipeline.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Automation Business Analyst, RPA Business Analyst, Process Automation Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong experience in process discovery, process analysis, and process documentation.
- Hands-on understanding of RPA, Generative AI, AI agents, intelligent automation, workflow automation, or process orchestration.
- Experience evaluating AI/automation use cases and business value.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN and process mapping.
- Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, or similar process-mapping tools.
- Strong experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process definition documents, and business cases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical and automation teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/iterative delivery environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with UiPath,



Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted workflows, AI agents, chatbots, or intelligent document processing.
- Experience assessing automation ROI, process complexity, risks, controls, and success metrics.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation benefits tracking.
- Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation or intelligent automation initiatives.
