About the RoleInsperme Consulting is looking for a creative and enthusiastic AI Graphic Designer Intern who is passionate about design, creativity, and emerging AI tools.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of graphic design fundamentals and an eagerness to explore and use AI-powered design tools to create engaging and visually appealing content. This role offers an opportunity to work on real-time projects and gain hands-on experience in combining creativity with technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing creatives for social media, marketing, branding, presentations, and other communication requirements.
- Use AI-powered design tools to generate and enhance creative concepts, visuals, illustrations, and design assets.
- Assist in creating social media posts, banners, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
- Work on creative concepts and convert briefs into effective visual designs.
- Experiment with new AI tools and technologies to improve creativity and design efficiency.
- Edit, refine, and adapt AI-generated visuals according to brand requirements.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colours, and overall visual identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and other internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Make revisions and incorporate feedback within the required timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles, including:
- Typography
- Colour theory
- Layout and composition
- Branding
- Visual storytelling
- Knowledge of design tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma or similar tools
- Interest in and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to write effective prompts and experiment with AI-generated creative outputs.
- Creative mindset with a valuable eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to take feedback positively and make necessary improvements.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and explore new creative approaches.

- A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, freelance, or internship design projects.
- Prior experience with AI design tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics will be a plus.
