DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Forward Deployed Engineer with ~2 years of experience to build AI-powered automation across engineering, compliance, and banking operations. The role focuses on turning repetitive, tool-heavy workflows into reliable agent-driven systems and shipping them into production.

Responsibilities:

● Identify manual, repetitive workflows across back-office operations, DevOps, and compliance, and automate them using LLMs and agents

● Build agents that operate across platforms such as GitHub, Vanta, monitoring/alerting systems, ticketing tools, and dashboards

● Ship solutions end-to-end - from prototype to production

● Improve accuracy and reliability through prompt iteration, evaluation,



and guardrails

● Monitor, debug, and support deployed automations

Mandatory Skills:

● Robust programming skills in Python (or golang)

● Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts

● Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) - building and integrating MCP servers/clients

● Familiarity with at least one AI coding/agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, or similar)

● Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

● Familiarity with Git, Docker, and at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with vector databases, evaluation/observability tooling for LLMs

● Exposure to banking or fintech domain
