About the Role

FlixStock uses AI to create high-quality fashion model imagery and digital catalogs at scale, reducing the need for traditional photoshoots.

We are looking for an AI Fashion Content Manager who will own the quality and delivery of AI-generated fashion imagery end to end. The role combines fashion image expertise, AI image generation, project coordination, and client communication.

You will work closely with our AI and editing teams to review generated visuals, identify quality gaps, drive revisions, and ensure final assets meet client requirements and brand standards. You will also interact with clients when clarification, feedback, or approvals are required.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has a strong eye for fashion imagery and is excited about how AI is transforming fashion content production.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Fashion Image Generation

- Work hands-on with AI image generation tools to understand their capabilities, outputs, and limitations.
- Generate and evaluate AI fashion imagery to develop a practical understanding of what works and what does not.
- Guide the editing and production team on improving AI-generated fashion visuals.
- Stay updated on emerging AI image-generation techniques, workflows, and tools relevant to fashion e-commerce.

2. Image Quality & Creative Review

- Review AI-generated fashion images for visual quality, accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client requirements.
- Evaluate key elements including:
- Garment fit and proportions
- Fabric texture and details
- Colors and prints
- Pose and body proportions
- Facial features and expressions
- Styling and accessories
- Background and overall composition




- Identify inconsistencies and quality issues before final delivery.
- Maintain and continuously improve quality checklists and review standards.
- Identify recurring issues and work with internal teams to improve processes and output quality.

3. Project & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with the editing and production teams on daily priorities, revisions, and delivery schedules.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Prioritize tasks across multiple projects and manage competing deadlines effectively.
- Provide clear, specific, and actionable feedback to editors and production teams.
- Follow up on revisions to ensure issues are resolved before delivery.

4. Client Coordination

- Liaise with clients to understand and clarify image requirements, styling expectations, and quality standards.
- Communicate project status, quality decisions, timelines, and potential issues clearly and professionally.
- Review and interpret client feedback and translate it into actionable instructions for internal teams.
- Coordinate internally to resolve client feedback and ensure timely closure.
- Escalate critical quality or delivery issues when required.

Must Have

- 2–4 years of experience in fashion production, e-commerce photography,



image editing, catalog production, or project coordination.
- Hands-on experience generating AI fashion images using an AI image-generation platform.
- Robust visual eye and understanding of fashion imagery, styling, garment presentation, and image quality.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle visual inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across creative, production, and client-facing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Good to Have

- NIFT graduate or equivalent qualification in fashion, design, photography, or a related field.
- Prior experience in e-commerce fashion photography, catalog production, or fashion content operations.
- Familiarity with AI image-generation tools such as Nano Banana, Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with AI-generated fashion/model imagery.
- Exposure to global fashion brands, e-commerce platforms, or international retail clients.
- Understanding of fashion e-commerce image standards and PDP requirements.

You don't need to be an AI expert or a professional image editor. What matters is that you have a strong fashion eye, understand what makes an image commercially usable, are comfortable experimenting with AI tools, and can effectively drive a team toward the required output.
