Role Description The AI Developer will design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions that support Sodio’s products and client projects. This full-time remote role involves developing machine learning models, integrating AI services into web and mobile applications, and optimizing algorithms for performance and scalability.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, preparing and processing data, training and evaluating models, and implementing APIs or microservices for production environments. The AI Developer will also monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues,



and contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of AI development practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in core AI and machine learning, including model design, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI development (such as Python) and relevant frameworks or libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with data handling and processing, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices, such as version control, testing, RESTful APIs, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps concepts for managing models in production environments.
- Understanding of related domains, such as web or mobile application integration, and an interest in blockchain or enterprise software is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, cross-functional teams, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
