Responsibilities

Drage Global Delivery Services is seeking an Associate AI & Automation Engineer to help build AI agents, automations, and internal technology for our growing international accounting and professional services organization.

We are open to fresh graduates who are technically robust, highly motivated, and looking to build a career in AI and automation.

- Build internal AI agents and workflow automations
- Develop solutions using OpenAI, xAI/Grok, Claude, Gemini and other LLM technologies
- Build and maintain applications within Microsoft Azure
- Connect AI systems with APIs, databases, documents, and internal applications
- Automate accounting, tax, administrative, and operational workflows
- Build document extraction, classification, and analysis tools
- Test,



troubleshoot, and continuously improve AI systems
- Work directly with management and business teams to turn real-world problems into technology solutions
- Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and prompt engineering
- Experience or experimentation with OpenAI, xAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar APIs
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership

Qualifications

B.E/B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence

0-2 Years of Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
