Position: AI Architect / Lead

We are looking for an AI Architect / Lead with 5–7 years of experience in designing and implementing contemporary AI/GenAI solutions, particularly Agentic AI applications. The candidate should be hands-on technically, capable of architecting production-grade AI applications, and experienced in leading and mentoring AI engineers.

The role requires strong expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, AI-native application development, RAG, tool calling, multi-agent systems and AI engineering frameworks.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience designing and implementing Agentic AI applications using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen and/or DeepAgents.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, structured outputs, memory and multi-agent architectures.
- Experience designing production-grade AI architectures, including scalability, reliability, security, observability and cost optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI-native development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and Cursor.
- Experience integrating LLMs/APIs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini or AWS Bedrock.
- Good understanding of Python, REST APIs, microservices and containerized application development.
- Experience with vector databases/search technologies such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant or equivalent.
- Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, tracing, guardrails and responsible AI practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms,



preferably Azure, and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes or equivalent.
- Computer Vision and Predictive Analytics/ML experience is desirable.
- Lead, guide and mentor a team of AI/ML Engineers and developers.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine their applicability to business solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and drive solutions to completion.
