We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Animation Video Creator to join our creative team for a long-term collaboration. The role involves producing high-quality, culturally relevant short-form videos for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Scripts and voiceovers will be provided — your expertise will bring them to life through engaging AI-driven visuals.

This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Indian cultural and festive themes.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce 45–60 second vertical AI-animated videos (YouTube Shorts / Instagram Reels).
- Follow frame-by-frame scripting guidelines provided.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Pika Labs, Runway, Kaiber) to generate visuals that match the script and emotion.
- Integrate appropriate festive/emotional/devotional background music.
- Sync visuals precisely with provided voiceovers.
- Ensure HD/Full HD (1080x1920) output for each video.
- Deliver each video within 3–4 days.

Requirements





- Proven experience in AI-based video creation (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of Indian culture, festivals, and emotional tone.
- Skilled in using AI animation tools such as Pika Labs, Runway, Kaiber, or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling ability.
- Solid communication skills and commitment to deadlines.
- Ability to deliver 9–12 videos per month consistently.

Compensation

- Per Video: ₹700 – ₹1000 (based on quality & turnaround time)
- Monthly Estimate: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000
- Negotiable for exceptional creators.
