Responsibilities

1.Plan and manage fresh fruit cultivation

- activities crop Protected Papaya crop visited.
- time plant bending after transplanting
- IMP activity removes the side shoot on steam control.

- Conduct the Farmer meeting preseason
- meeting & on live crop demo plot meeting Papaya Melon Watermelon & Watermelon & another crop

- Develop demonstration ideal plot

- Protected Papaya & melon plot ideal stand and demonization purpose
- Open cultivation Watermelon green beauty royal crispy gold beauty yellow beauty etc.

- Coordinate with farmers, nurseries and dealers





- Local fruit vender processer traders’ aggregators to expand the cultivation network daily add new stake holder our related crop

- Monitor crop health growth and maintain field records

- Spray fertigation water management any pest daises instigated pest management INM instigated nutrients management INM

- Prepare the Reports, presentation and activity plans

- Daily report weekly & monthly report submit farmer meeting plan make the PPT farmer field visit currently status farmer list

- Ensure quality production and timely harvesting

- Contract farming Papaya melon & watermelon plot regular plot visit and before harvesting one week unform the In-chagre and post harvesting required the packing material like transport vehicle creates box, fruit sticker, tag etc. arrangements.

- Support marketing and business development activities for fresh fruit

- Daily search the new business channel farmer dealer vender processer exporter any value chain operates this related crop stake holder

- Contract farming

- Farmer meeting after interested farmer survey farmer KYC Aadhar card Pan card land documents 7/12, 8/A, bank pass book contract agreement sign shade net pepper

- Understanding the Contract farming & protected cultivation

- Papaya crop and muskmelon crop cultivation same time market survey

- Open day activity and budget

- One week before the ideal plot open day activity timely applies for with proffer budget after activity give the report with actual expenses with picture farmer list also
