About the Role

Urgently Hiring for SGM - AGM

Responsibilities

- Fixed Assets Management: Manage capitalization of projects, review Capital Work-in-Progress (CWIP), and lead vendor negotiations regarding pricing and payment terms.
- Financial Closing & MIS: Lead monthly closure of Books of Accounts and prepare monthly P&L; accounts and presentation decks.
- Strategic Reporting: Prepare quarterly Horizon-Margin Analysis and Board Meeting Presentation Decks.
- Audit & Compliance: Address queries from Internal and Statutory auditors; ensure compliance with Foreign Travel policies and account for foreign tour expenses.
- US Subsidiary Oversight: Manage books of accounts and quarterly closing for Indicus Pharma and USV North America.
- Operations & Collections: Follow up

Qualifications

CA- Qualified ( 5 years of Post Qualification)
