Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Intern is a full-time, remote role supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with affiliate partner outreach, onboarding, and communication, as well as monitoring campaign performance and compiling regular reports. The intern will help manage tracking links, verify data accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign assets and offers are up to date.

Responsibilities also involve conducting market and competitor research,



identifying potential affiliates and traffic sources, and contributing ideas to improve campaign ROI. The role provides hands-on experience in performance marketing, offering opportunities to learn tools, analytics platforms, and best practices in the affiliate space.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in performance-based strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing and Affiliate Marketing, including a basic understanding of campaign structures and KPIs.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with partners and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret campaign metrics, and use spreadsheets or analytics tools to support decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced, digital-first setting.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, or mobile app marketing concepts is an advantage but not required.
