Key Responsibilities

- Investigate and resolve complex production issues impacting the MARS platform.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy fixes following DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Partner with Production Support, Architects, and Product teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
- Improve platform stability, performance, resiliency, and observability.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Document findings, solutions, and preventative measures.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical platforms.
- Robust understanding of distributed systems and application performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile environments.

What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver who can quickly understand the Account Receivables platform, diagnose complex issues, design effective solutions, and independently drive fixes through to production while improving overall platform reliability and stability.
