Role Description The Affiliate Delivery Intern (Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)/MMP Delivery) will support day-to-day campaign execution and delivery within AFFSCONNECT MEDIA’s performance marketing network. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India, and involves monitoring CPA and MMP campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking, and maintaining timely delivery against performance targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with affiliate partners and internal teams, updating campaign parameters,



assisting in resolving tracking or integration issues, and preparing basic performance reports. The intern will help maintain quality standards in campaign delivery, support optimization activities, and proactively communicate status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to interact with affiliates and internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting skills to help identify, onboard, and support suitable affiliate partners for performance campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to assist with tracking setup, pixel or MMP configuration, and basic troubleshooting of delivery-related issues.
- Candidates should possess Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with campaign managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with digital marketing or affiliate marketing concepts, basic data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools), attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred; prior internship experience in advertising or performance marketing is an advantage.
