Role Description The AEO GEO Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the South Delhi Area. This role focuses on managing and optimizing localized digital marketing and advertising campaigns to improve reach and performance across specific geographic markets.

The specialist will work with cross-functional teams to analyze geo-based campaign data, refine audience targeting, and align creative content with location-specific insights. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, adjusting bids and budgets, coordinating with the content and video production teams, and ensuring campaigns align with overall client strategy.



The AEO GEO Specialist will also prepare regular reports, share optimization recommendations, and contribute to continuous improvement of geo-targeted initiatives.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of geo-targeted digital marketing, including audience segmentation, local market analysis, and performance optimization.
- Experience with major advertising platforms (e.g., Google and Meta) and familiarity with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate findings into clear optimization actions for geographically focused campaigns.
- Solid collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with strategy, creative, and video production teams.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or performance marketing environment is preferred.
