About the RoleSKIGH Digital Solutions is looking for a performance-driven Ads Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign analytics, audience targeting, and ad copywriting/content creation. You will work closely with our creative and content teams to develop campaigns that generate quality leads, conversions, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Set up campaigns for lead generation, conversions, traffic, and remarketing.
- Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, placements, and bidding.
- Analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Create and test engaging ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and CTAs.
- Work with designers and editors to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta, Google Ads, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of campaign optimization and performance marketing.
- Strong content writing and ad copywriting skills.
- Understanding of audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with different industries, niches, and target audiences.
