AEM Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead and manage Adobe Experience Manager projects from planning through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AEM project delivery, stakeholder management, team coordination, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AEM developers, architects, QA, DevOps, business teams, and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with technical teams to understand AEM architecture, integrations, releases, and deployment activities.




- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Support resource planning, team allocation, and delivery governance.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) project management and delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital/web implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of AEM concepts, architecture, integrations, content management, and deployment processes.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery governance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

- Experience with AEM Cloud Service / AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Relevant project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent is a plus.
