Job Title: Adobe RTCDP Architect

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe RTCDP Architect to lead enterprise customer data platform initiatives using Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) . The role will focus on customer profile unification, identity resolution, audience segmentation, data integration, governance, and activation strategies across marketing and advertising ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and lead Adobe RTCDP/AEP architecture and enterprise customer profile strategies.
- Define identity resolution, identity stitching, and profile unification approaches.
- Design audience segmentation and activation frameworks for personalized customer engagement.
- Integrate first-party, second-party, and enterprise data sources into Adobe Experience Platform.
- Define data governance, consent, privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Enable audience activation across marketing, advertising, and customer engagement platforms.
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency of RTCDP solutions.
- Collaborate with business, marketing,



data engineering, analytics, and technology teams .
- Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and best practices for enterprise implementations.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe RTCDP and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) .
- Strong understanding of Identity Management, Identity Resolution, Profile Management, and Audience Segmentation .
- Experience with data ingestion, data integration, schemas, datasets, and customer data models .
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform Identity Service and Real-Time Customer Profile .
- Experience with audience activation and integration with marketing/advertising platforms.
- Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, consent, and compliance frameworks .
- Experience in cloud architecture and enterprise data strategy .
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms and enterprise-scale data architecture .
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and architectural leadership skills.
