Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Adobe AEM Lead Developer to lead AEM development activities, ensure adherence to architecture and coding standards, and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development team in implementing Adobe AEM solutions based on defined architecture and development guidelines.
- Define and enforce AEM coding standards, conventions, package structures, and best practices.
- Review technical designs and provide implementation guidance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality across HTL, Sling Models, and OSGi.
- Design and develop AEM Sites templates, components, and services.




- Develop reusable modules using Sling Models, OSGi Services, and HTL.
- Support content structure, MSM, and multisite implementations.
- Handle Dispatcher caching, configuration, and performance-related issues.
- Mentor AEM developers and provide technical guidance.
- Support sprint-level task breakdown, estimation, and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in collaboration with PMs and Solution Architects.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, and other technical teams.
