Role Description The Admissions Counselor role is a full time, on-site position based at Arena Animation Agra.

The Admissions

Counselor will guide prospective students through the admission process, including providing course information, explaining program benefits, and clarifying fees and enrollment procedures.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and online channels; conducting counseling sessions; giving center tours; and maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions in the internal system. The role involves supporting outreach activities, such as seminars, events, and school/college visits,



and collaborating with the academic and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.

Counselor is expected to meet enrollment targets while maintaining a positive, ethical, and student-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to counsel prospective students and interact with families.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and provide a supportive, student-centric experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert leads into enrollments while maintaining integrity and transparency.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience in academic counseling, training institutes, or similar environments.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to maintain organized records.
